These terms and conditions apply when you (the customer) use the website of boox.space (hereinafter referred to as “boox.space”, “we”, “us” or “our”) located at www.boox.space (hereinafter “our website”) and any services or functions made available through our website, including all on-line sales functions.

By accessing and using our website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you cannot accept these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, you should not use our website or order anything from us.
PURCHASE
Products are purchased by adding them to the 'cart'. You may add or remove products from the shopping cart at any time. Once your selection is completed, you may proceed to the purchase of the products placed in the cart by clicking the 'checkout' button. You will then be asked to provide a full name, contact email, a billing/shipping address and a telephone number. We use this information for our database and for the delivery of the products only.
CHARGES
All our prices are subject to change. Current orders aren't affected.
Prices indicated on the website before the checkout exclude VAT and shipping charges. The price included taxes and shipping charges appear after the checkout and vary according to the country of delivery.
Outside of the EU you may also be liable for sales tax and/or import duties. You will not be charged for those on our website but if you are liable to any of those it is your responsibility and only yours to pay for them at reception of the goods.
All our prices are in Euro's. If you use a different currency you will be debited the equivalent Euro amount.
PAYMENT AND ORDER PROCESSING
At the present time we only support Paypal as a payment method on our website. The orders will only be processed after receiving confirmation of full payment by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse orders from users who cannot provide sufficient solvency guarantees.
If you wish to pay via invoice and bank transfer, please send us an email. The orders will be processed as mentioned above.
DELIVERY
Shippings inside of the EU normally take up to 6 working days (after shipping), outside of the EU can take longer. We use Post.nl. Indicated delivery times are not binding, however we make every effort to respect them.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. Please read the description carefully or send us an email if you need any further information prior to buying.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All the contents of our website is protected by copyrights. You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish or create derivative works from its content without obtaining prior written consent from us.
LIABILITY
We shall only be liable to you to the extent set out in applicable mandatory law. We shall not be liable for any breach of our obligations under these terms and conditions to the extent we are hindered or prevented from carrying out our obligations by any cause outside our reasonable control, including by lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law or accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events).
Any actions arising out of products purchased through the Website shall be decided by the courts of The Netherlands.
